Mini or iMac — do you already have a monitor?
Both use the same chips, so performance per generation is similar. The Mac Mini is just the computer, from AED 700 used, and you bring your own monitor, keyboard and mouse. The iMac, from around AED 1,300, is an all-in-one with a built-in 24-inch 4.5K screen, keyboard and mouse.
If you already own a decent monitor, the Mini is far better value and more flexible. If you want a clean, ready-to-go desk with a lovely screen and no clutter, the iMac is worth the premium.
