1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all 7 Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST, Monday–Saturday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Order page.
6. Packaging
All orders ship in the original Apple factory-sealed packaging, placed inside a protective outer shipping box. Devices are never opened or repackaged.
7. Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available for orders in Dubai and Sharjah up to a set order value. A small handling fee applies.
