How we work
We started in 2018 in the IT Center Building, where most of Dubai's genuine grey-market and pre-owned Apple stock has been traded for over twenty years. The rent is lower than Dubai Mall — that difference shows up in our prices.
Every pre-owned device gets verified at checkcoverage.apple.com before it goes on a shelf. We share the serial number with you before payment so you can independently confirm it. Every Mac runs through Apple System Diagnostics. Every iPhone gets battery health checked. Then it gets a 90-day warranty.
New devices come from UAE-authorised distributors — factory sealed, A-region UAE model numbers (verifiable at apple.com/ae), full Apple warranty. We are not an Apple Authorised Reseller, and we do not pretend to be. We are an independent shop that has stayed at the same address long enough to build a reputation worth protecting.
