The fastest way to sell before you fly
Classifieds take days of messages, viewings and no-shows, which is time you don't have in your last week in the UAE. Selling to a shop takes one conversation. WhatsApp us the model, year, storage and condition, plus a photo. You'll have an offer in about 30 minutes. Bring the device to Shop 58, IT Center Building, Bur Dubai, we inspect it, and you're paid by cash or bank transfer the same day.
Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm. If you fly on a Sunday, come in on Saturday.
Before you hand it over: the 5-minute checklist
- Back up to an external drive or iCloud.
- Sign out of your Apple ID and turn off Find My. We cannot buy a device that is still locked to an Apple ID.
- Erase the Mac (System Settings › General › Transfer or Reset › Erase All Content and Settings).
- Bring the charger if you still have it.
- Bring the box and receipt if you have them. Not required, but they help.
Apple's own guide covers each step: search "what to do before you sell your Mac" on support.apple.com.
