• Serial verified against Apple — confirmed genuine, not reported lost or stolen, and Activation Lock removed.
• Apple Diagnostics (ASD) run clean — logic board, RAM, GPU and sensors all pass.
• Thermal stress test — we load the CPU/GPU and watch temperatures and fan behaviour, so you don't inherit a throttling or dusty machine.
• Every port checked — Thunderbolt/USB-C, HDMI, Ethernet, SD and audio all confirmed working.
• SSD health read — drive wear and free capacity reported honestly on the listing.

Condition grades, explained honestly

We grade every Mac A, B or C and price it accordingly — no vague "good condition" labels. Cosmetics never affect performance; a Grade C Mac Mini runs identically to a Grade A one, it just has more marks. Buy on grade based on whether the Mac sits hidden under a desk or on show.

• Grade A — like new. Minimal to no marks, often with original box. The pick for iMacs and anything on display.
• Grade B — light wear. Minor scuffs you only notice up close. The value sweet spot for most buyers.
• Grade C — visible wear. Honest scratches or scuffs, fully functional, lowest price. Ideal for a Mac Mini hidden away or a budget build.

Warranty, returns and after-sales
